They say you should only shred for 10 mins, but it is hardly warm afer 10 mins of normal use. Buy a bottle of oil to keep it lubed up. I give it a 5. As a bonus, my cat is fascinated by it it trys to grab the paper as it is sucked in. I have to be careful that it does not suck him in! |
