Otherwise the color and contrast and detail are very good. Emailed Veho asking if way to change the setpoint that scanner uses to adjust brightness and received no answer to either email. Also emailed J&R asking for suggestions or a way to batch adjust the scanned files and received no response other than a automated email saying they would contact me. Unless you already plan on adjusting every picture you scan which I really did not need to, I would avoid this unit. My experience is that both seller and manufacturer have poor customer service. |
